("Bridger Global," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, owns and operates an online crowdfunding and auction platform called “Joogi” at www.joogi.com or accessible through the joogi app (jointly the “Site” or “Platform"). When you interact with our social media pages, your interactions are governed by the privacy policies of those third-party platforms in addition to this Policy. Please use care when posting comments or personal information on our social media pages, as this information may be publicly visible and is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective social media platforms.

Bridger Global Inc. uses a variety of administrative practices and industry standard technical safeguards to ensure the security of your information. Although we use the necessary technology to protect your information, internet transmissions are never completely secure. Security measures we may administer include, but are not limited to:

Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach involving unauthorized access to or acquisition of Personal Information that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your Personal Information, we will provide notification without unreasonable delay and in accordance with applicable law, including Montana Code Annotated 30-14-1704.
The notification will be provided by email to the address associated with your account and/or by conspicuous posting on the Platform. The notification will include, to the extent possible and as required by law: (i) the date or estimated date of the breach; (ii) a description of the Personal Information involved; (iii) a description of the breach and actions taken to contain it; (iv) contact information for further inquiries; and (v) information about steps you can take to protect yourself.
We will also notify the Montana Attorney General if the breach affects 1,000 or more Montana residents, as required by Montana law. Notification may be delayed if law enforcement determines that notification would impede a criminal investigation, in which case notification will be made after law enforcement determines that notification will no longer compromise the investigation.

Please note that you will continue to receive transactional communications related to your account and activities on the Platform, as these are necessary for the operation of the service.

EU Data Privacy Directive and General Data Protection Regulation
