step one: find a home you believe in.
Each joogi home is listed on our platform with a clear fundraising goal. These are real homes we have under contract in our community, designed to give everyday people a shot at debt-free homeownership. Right now we only have one home on the platform, but we are working hard to add more.
step two: contribute to a crowdfund.
You can contribute a minimum of $10, up to $1,000 per home (that way one person can’t take over the whole crowdfund). Every dollar you fundraise earns you 1 joogi, which is your bidding currency on the platform.
After each contribution, you get to play a 16-square game. This is your chance to multiply your rewards. Here’s how it works:

You get to reveal 1 tile for every contribution.

Each tile reveals a multiplier which ranges from 1.1x up to 10x.

You can buy up to 3 additional tiles for $1 each to increase your odds.

The last multiplier revealed is applied to your reward total.
The higher the multiplier, the more rewards you stack and the better your chances when it’s time to bid.
step three: refer your friends.
Want more rewards? Invite your friends.
When someone signs up using your referral link and contributes to a crowdfund, you earn 101 joogi rewards. It’s an easy way to grow your bidding power and spread the word about a better way to own a home.
step four: bid in the blind auction.
Once a home is fully crowdfunded, it enters a blind auction. Only contributors can bid, and only with joogi rewards (not dollars). You get one chance to submit your highest bid. If you don’t win the auction, your joogis stay in your account. If you win the house, you are not eligible to bid on another house on the platform.
The highest bidder gets the home. No mortgage. No debt. No catch.
step five: live debt-free.
If you win, the home is yours — free and clear. No mortgage, no interest payments. Just a fresh start and a future that’s truly yours.
