Each item has a clear crowdfunding goal. If your strategy is for one particular item, you must help fund it to participate in the auction to win it. 2) If your strategy is to stack joogis, you can fund as many items as you would like within the maximum contribution limits.

Once the crowdfund goal is reached, the item moves to a blind auction where anyone who contributed can bid using their joogis–not cash. As a blind auction, you won’t know what others are bidding, so it’s really up to you to define what a debt-free item is worth to you! You can place or change your bid right up until the end of the auction, and if you don’t win, your joogis will stay in your account allowing you to bid again. The highest bidder gets the item free and clear.
